A few things to know.

Still have a question? Get in touch

Can I try PicOnTap for free?

Yes. Use your available free credits to try the editor. Daily credits reset at 00:00 UTC. Check the editor for your current balance.

How do editing credits work?

Credits are used when an edit is accepted. The editor shows the cost for your selected model before submission. Uploading, choosing a tool and drawing a selection do not spend credits.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly?

Monthly plans charge each month. Annual plans charge the shown yearly total and grant credits in twelve monthly periods. Future periods cannot be spent early.

Do unused credits carry over?

Daily credits do not accumulate. Subscription credits expire at their original monthly period end. Stop renewal keeps paid periods; administrator termination ends remaining rights.

What happens if an edit fails?

A technical failure returns the credits for that attempt. You can check the return status in the editor. An edit that was delivered successfully but did not match your taste is not a technical failure.

Can I buy a subscription now?

Yes. Choose a plan and complete checkout securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Subscriptions renew at the billing interval shown until you cancel.

File size, pixel count, edge length and aspect ratio are separate limits. Use a static PNG, JPEG or WebP; GIF and animated images are not supported by the editor.

Photos that already meet the model's requirements are sent as they are; others may be converted once to a format the model accepts. The result comes back in the model's own format and size, which may differ from your original. Background replacement does not create a transparent cutout. Photo restoration may reconstruct details.

Browsing and loading examples do not spend editing credits. A technical failure returns the credits charged for that attempt; a delivered result you dislike is not a technical failure. Check pending returns in the editor.
